Gluten Free Multi-Grain, Nut & Seed Bread


I don't know about you guys, but sometimes I just want a piece of delicious bread! Thankfully being gluten free no longer means you don't have options. It's been super fun exploring the world of homemade breads and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup cassava flour

1/4 cup hazelnut flour

1/4 buckwheat flour

1/2 golden flax meal

1/4 coconut flour

1/2 amaranth flour

1/4 sacha inchi powder

1 & 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 & 1/4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup ghee

4 tablespoons maple syrup

6 eggs


DIRECTIONS


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then mix all wet ingredients in blender, then combine the two together. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
