How to Make Gluten-Free, Multi-Grain Nut and Seed Bread

What is better than a piece of fresh, delicious bread! Thankfully, being gluten-free no longer means you don't have options. For us, it has been super fun exploring the world of homemade breads. Today, we go over one of our favorite recipes. Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cassava flour

  • 1/4 cup hazelnut flour

  • 1/4 buckwheat flour

  • 1/2 golden flax meal

  • 1/4 coconut flour

  • 1/2 amaranth flour

  • 1/4 sacha inchi powder

  • 1 & 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 & 1/4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 6 eggs


DIRECTIONS


Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all of the wet ingredients in a blender, and then combine the two together. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 min. Enjoy!
