DIY Hair Growth Tonic

Ever wanted thicker, faster growing, longer hair? You and me both!
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that our hair is a representation of our inner health. The healthier we are, the healthier our hair is. Thats why its important to have a healthy diet and get all the good oils in. That said, it's aslo nice to have tools in our toolbox to help speed of the recovery process. The is one recipe that I've tried and love. Try it!
Ingredients
Lavender essential oil
Rosemary essential oil
Cedarwood essential oil
Peppermint essential oil
Alcohol-free witch hazel
Hemp seed oil (alternatively you can use carrot seed, jojoba or argan oil)
Preparation
Step 1: Add 3 tablespoons alcohol-free witch hazel to a 4 oz spray bottle
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of the oil of your choice
Step 3: Fill the rest of the spray bottle with distilled water (or boiled and cooled tap water).
Step 4: Add the following essential oils for hair growth
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops rosemary essential oil
10 drops cedarwood essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
Step 5: Add a label to your spray bottle so you remember what it is!
Hot tip: Wiping down the bottle with rubbing alcohol will help your label stick better.
How to use your hair growth tonic
Shake well before use because the contents tend to separate. Apply to wet hair and scalp (You can apply it to dry hair, but it doesn't soak in as well). Massage your scalp and comb through your hair. Using it daily with yield the best results.
