This is by far my favorite dip! It's gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and goes with just about anything! I've used it as a sauce or a dip and its amazing served over steamed vegetables.
1/2 Lime, squeezed
1 Large garlic clove
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons of filtered water
Sea Salt to taste
Add all ingredients into food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add more water to reach a thinner consistency if desired.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
