Avocado Parsley Dip

How to Make Avocado Parsley Dip

This is by far our favorite dip! It's gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and goes with just about anything! You can use this as a sauce or a dip and it's amazing served over steamed rice.


  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 Lime, squeezed

  • 1 Large garlic clove

  • 3 Tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley

  • 3 Tablespoons of filtered water

  • Sea Salt to taste


Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more water to reach a thinner consistency if desired. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Enjoy!
